Welcome to Naveen Chhaya Ceramic Studio! Before you proceed to book a pottery session or sign up for a course, please take a moment to review the following Terms & Conditions:

Booking Sessions:

  • All pottery sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly via email or phone.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot in the session or course.


Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations of the session will not be eligible for a refund.


Safety and Conduct:

  • Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors during the session or course.

  • Any misconduct or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of your participation without a refund.


Intellectual Property:

  • All designs, techniques, and creative works shared during the pottery sessions or courses are the intellectual property of Naveen Chhaya Ceramic Studio and its instructors.

  • Participants are not permitted to replicate or distribute any material shared during the sessions for commercial purposes without prior written consent.


Feedback and Testimonials:

  • By attending our pottery sessions or courses, you agree to allow Naveen Chhaya Ceramic Studio to use your feedback and testimonials for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms.


Liability:

  • Naveen Chhaya Ceramic Studio shall not be held liable for any personal injury, damage to property, or any other losses incurred during the pottery sessions or courses.

  • Participants are responsible for their own belongings and are advised to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.

  • If the  studio is forced to close due to factors outside of our control such as severe  weather conditions, or an infectious disease such as Covid-19, we will make an effort to reschedule the paused sessions. However we will not offer any refunds


Copyright and Trademarks:

  • The content, logo, and images displayed on the Naveen Chhaya Ceramic Studio website are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from our website is strictly prohibited.

By booking a pottery session or signing up for a course at Naveen Chhaya Ceramic Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Terms & Conditions outlined above.

Thank you for choosing Naveen Chhaya Ceramic Studio for your pottery journey!

For Regular Classes:

  • Students can enroll in new sessions after completion of their ongoing session.

  • Those who wish to attend our  regular classes must be above 15 years of age.

  • In case of any emergency, if the studio remains closed, the student’s class will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Student’s session shall lapse at the end of the stipulated time period, no refund can be made in any circumstances.

  • Material costs vary from time to time

  • The session fee will be updated by  10% every year.

For One time session:

  • Those who wish to attend the one time session must be above 10 years of age.

  • Kindly book your one day session at least 1-2 days in advance, by making payment of 50% of your total amount.

  • If yo wish to reschedule, we can shift your session to a new slot within the same week if you notify us 12 hours before the session starts.

  • The registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you wish to take you crafted pots in  their raw form, you must do so the same day. If you opt to get your pots fired, you must take them away within 2 weeks of being informed that your pieces are ready The studio does not take responsiblity for your pots beyond that period.
